AKS websites terms of use

What these terms cover. Use of the websites madebyaks.com and spotineo.madebyaks.com, including the voting page opened from a Spotineo poll link.
What they do not cover. The Spotineo app and the Spotineo+ subscription have their own terms of use. Quiz Tempo has its own on its website.
1. Who publishes these websites
The websites are published under the AKS brand (Made by AKS). The publisher’s identity and contact details are in the legal notice.
2. Access
The websites are open to everyone, free of charge and without an account. They present AKS and its products, give access to support and let you vote in a Spotineo poll.
We do our best to keep them available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability: maintenance, a failure or an incident at our hosting provider may interrupt them temporarily.
3. Published information
Information about our products describes the versions actually available on the date shown. It is updated as the products change. The features, prices and terms that apply to a purchase are those displayed on the App Store at the time of that purchase.
4. The Spotineo voting page
A poll link lets you choose one place out of three suggestions, without an account and without installing the app.
- You vote with a first name or a nickname. It is visible, with your choice, to everyone who has the link.
- Voting again under the same first name replaces your previous choice.
- A poll stays open for 48 hours. After that, it is no longer accessible, and it is then erased with its votes.
- A poll accepts a limited number of voters. Once that number is reached, it can still be viewed until it ends, but accepts no new voter.
- Do not use another person’s first name to vote in their place, and do not enter any content that is abusive, unlawful or infringes other people’s rights.
- Do not try to distort a poll, overload the service or access it by automated means. The number of votes per minute is limited.
We may delete a poll or a vote that is clearly abusive or unlawful. To report one, write to support@madebyaks.com with the link concerned.

5. Intellectual property
The names AKS, Made by AKS and Spotineo, and the texts, interfaces, logos and graphics of the websites are protected. You may browse the websites and share their links; any other reproduction or reuse requires our agreement. Third-party trademarks, including Apple’s, belong to their owners.
6. External links
The websites link to the App Store and to other websites we do not control. Their content and terms are the responsibility of their publishers.
7. Liability
The websites are offered free of charge. We are liable for damage we cause by failing to meet our obligations.
We are not liable for a malfunction of your equipment or your connection, or for an event of force majeure.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the rights the law gives you, in particular if you are a consumer.

9. Changes
We may update these terms as the websites change. The applicable version is the one online at the time of your visit; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another European Union country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country, and you may bring a case before the courts of your place of residence.
