What this page covers. Browsing madebyaks.com and spotineo.madebyaks.com, and the messages you send us by email.
What it does not cover. The Spotineo app and its polls with friends, including the voting page opened from a poll link, are described in the Spotineo privacy policy. Quiz Tempo has its own policy on its website.
In short
Our websites are static pages. They have no account, no form and no newsletter. They set no cookies and include no analytics tool, no advertising and no content loaded from a third-party service.
As with any website, the hosting provider receives the technical information needed to send you the page you asked for. We receive your emails when you write to us. That is all.
Who is responsible
The websites are published under the AKS brand (Made by AKS) by Akmal AHMED, the controller of the data described here. He is identified in the legal notice.

When you browse a website
Data involved. Your browser sends our hosting provider, Cloudflare, your IP address, the address of the page requested, the date and time, and technical information about your browser and device. If a connection fails, your browser may also send Cloudflare a technical network error report.
What it is used for. Sending you the page, keeping the website secure and protecting it against abuse and attacks.
Legal basis. Our legitimate interest in publishing a website that works and stays secure.
What we see. We only have access to overall technical statistics provided by the hosting provider, such as the number of requests and errors. We keep no browsing history per visitor and make no attempt to identify you.
Cookies and browser storage
The websites set no cookies.
A single page stores one piece of information in your browser: the voting page of a Spotineo poll, which may remember the first name you typed so you do not have to type it again. This is detailed in the Spotineo privacy policy.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to the App Store and to the Quiz Tempo website. Once you follow one of these links, the privacy policy of the destination website applies.
When you write to us
Data involved. Your email address, your name as shown by your mail service, the content of your message and its attachments.
What it is used for. Answering you and following up on your request.
Legal basis. For a general question, our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. For a request related to your use of Spotineo or to a subscription, performance of the service we provide to you. For a request to exercise your rights over your data, our legal obligation to answer it.
Never send us a password, an Apple verification code or payment details: we never need them.
Who receives this data
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which hosts and delivers the websites, as a processor.
- IONOS, our email provider, which delivers and stores support emails.
We do not sell, rent or pass this data on to anyone. It is not used for advertising or profiling.
Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare operates a global network and may process technical data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and otherwise relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for details of these safeguards.

Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of its processing, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to support@madebyaks.com: we reply within one month.
We cannot find a person in technical browsing data from their name alone. If your request concerns that data, tell us what would allow us to match it to you.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr), or with the data protection authority of your country.

We update this page when the way the websites work changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
